Mahesh Kale to be the judge for “Bandish”, the Singing Competition of Kashiyatra’23

Kashiyatra 2023, the 40th edition of the annual socio-cultural festival of IIT (BHU), Varanasi will be organized from 20th to 22nd January 2023. With attendees crossing 80K, it is one of the largest festivals in North India. Kashiyatra is an excellent opportunity to showcase your talent and set the stage on fire in front of a large audience coming from every nook and corner of the country. Participants from over more than 360 colleges will be vying to win hearts.

Kashiyatra is proud to announce Mahesh Kale as the judge for Bandish, the singing competition of Kashiyatra’23.

Mahesh Kale is an Indian classical vocalist who has amazed us with his euphonious voice in North Indian Classical, Semi Classical, Natya Sangeet, and devotional music, having enlightened under the prominent pandit Jitendra Abhisheki, he won India’s national film award as the best playback singer for his classical piece in the film Katyar Kaljat Ghusli in 2016.
